Departure
“Chigusa introduced our group to the Izu peninsula. We practiced yoga to the sounds of the ocean and rivers. The rooms were beautiful, super clean, with great views. We had delicious food every day and were able to experience hot springs, forest bathing and some of the local restaurants. I loved every minute of my retreat and look forward to another Japanese retreat with Chigusa.
Thank you, Chigusa Sansei!
